Persistent pain in right ear. Patient age 4 and a half year Wax clear ear drops causing more pain to the child

Child may be suffering from acute suppurative otitis media which is a common type of middle ear infection which commonly occurs secondary to common cold. Child may need antibiotics, pain killer syrup. Drops are usually not helpful
