Persistent dry cough
My daughter is coughing persistently since last 2 months and it's dry cough For first few days we gave her 15 mins steam treatment plus advent syrup for 7 days Then our paediatric gave us Pratham syrup 200 for 6 days and a tablet called montair lc kid daily for a month ,one tablet daily ( it's only 10th day ... He gave us for 30 days ) But there is no improvement What should I do

Is your daughter a mouth breather by night? If so there can be enlarged Adenoids and tonsils.This can cause mouth breathing and dry saliva can cause cough. Consult an ENT surgeon for an X-ray to rule out adenoids.

Please get a chest xray , routine blood test along with ASO tire done and visit my clinic  with your daughter, so l can examine her and suggest necessary treatment.
