Persistent pain in back of neck
I workout and do upperbody weight training occasionally since 4months.one day I started feeling pain after workout but thought it was temporary.it still continues after almost 2months Not unbearable, but it is unusual given I never had issues like joint pain or body pain.

Your symptoms might recover with physio - IFT. Once pain settled do neck muscle strengthening exercises- isometric. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult orthopaedic doctor

Hi, Your problem is very common in wgt bearing training ..i think your spinal muscles got some soreness ,muscle spasm ..so i would like to suggest to add some core muscle exercises along with your wgt bearing traings..you can also go for Matrix Rhythm Therapy occationaly if available in your locality ..Thank you.
