Persistent Fever
Hi , I am having fever from past 14 days, it was continuous for first 6 days then no fever on 7th and 8th day then it started again one time from the 9th day, its ranging from 99.1 to 99.6.except that I do not have any other symptoms, I have done my d-dimer on 10th day and it was on high side 2.2, I have immediately started blood thinner. RT PCR also done on 2nd day and it was negative CRP is 5.18, no typhoid no malaria. Still fever is not settling. Its 15th day now. What next to be done, can someone please suggest. Oxygen level is 98/99.

Take dolo if fever is more than 100. Might have covid with false negative report. Tests conducted to early for covid can come out as negative. Monitor spo2 and temperature every 6 hourly. Continue with anticoagulant medications as prescribed
