Persistent cough no fever less fatigue
Hi my daughter is having persistent cough from 4days which was not consistently but yesterday she was continously coughing and vomited what ever she ate last night after vomiting she slept yesterday evening I gave 5ml of mucolite today also but still the cough is not subsiding.please prescribe medicine for the cough is antibiotic is necessary or not .if necessary which one for 5yr old kid with 15kg weight now a days she is having frequent cough and cold with fever .please suggest me 🙏
