Persistent Constipation
My father age 64 is suffering from persistent constipation from last 6 month , he is a diabetic and take medicine daily , due to covid panic visit to a doctor is being avoided, pls give some advice

Syrup Duphalac 45 ml hs for 1 month. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits and salads daily.

avoid spicy and fatty foods Milk and milk products except curd avoid citrus fruits drink more water and regular physical activity High fiber diet
