Persistent Abdominal Pain and Nausea
Experiencing frequent episodes of stinging abdominal pain accompanied by nausea. Currently on a treatment for PCOD treatment since 1 year and this pain has only emerged since past 1 month. The episodes are really lengthy and feels like something is pinching the insides in stomach slowly. Please help me understand if it's only due to my medication or is there any other underlying problem involved here.

For abdominal pain you should go for USG whole abdomen. Pain associated with nausea may be due gastritis. Taking treatment for PCOD for last one year indicates that you need lifestyle changes. Do exercise and yoga. Morning walk daily. Wake up early in the morning and sleep early in night. Avoid refined carbohydrates and cold drinks. Take fibre rich diet.
