Permanent Redness and itchin in the Eye
I have permanent redness and itching in both the eyes it started with left eye and now is in the right one also, this problem increases when I use phone or study for a long time or when I get up from the sleep. I have been suffering from this problem from last 6 months . I got my vision checked and I have a proper vision with no power.

Seems like you have a high screen time.Best is to review with nearby eye specialist .start Hot compression n lid massage twice a day for 15ays.Refresh tears/Optive 4times a day for 1month.lotel T eye drops 4times a day for 2weeks.

Hi .. Too much screen time can give rise to this kind of issues ..add to this any allergic tendencies u might have  ... Best would be to consult a doctor and manage it properly .. please video consult .. Meanwhile go for Eyemist gel 2 times , blink 20 times after putting the gel ..can add Andre plus 2 times also, space the meds. Proper sleep and diet . Decrease screen time whaever possible Blink more often while studying Take break ..follow 20/20 rule
