Hi Doc I am mother of 6 months old baby girl and I am breastfeeding her this is my second C section delivery in first delivery my periods were regular but now I got my periods only 2 months after delivery and from last 3 months i am not getting periods and my husband also leaves in Dubai no chance of pregnancy also then why it is delaying please let me know is this normal or any problem is there or till more how many months i should wait or need a chk up now.

Better to get checked but it’s very common to have irregularities in cycles due to breast feeding

This irregularity is because of Breast feeding.Better Take consultation and discuss .

If you are breast feeding then wait for periods it will come.. irregular cycles are normal while breastfeeding

There are times whn ur lactating u do not get ur periods
That's called lactational amenorrhea
