I got my periods twice in January.. What could be the possible reason for this? I was also getting treatment for tb that too ended in January..? Is it because of hormonal imbalance..?

I think we will never know the cause of your getting your periods twice in a particular month. There is no point in interfering with your periods unless this becomes a recurring problem. Please see the pattern of your periods for the next two months and consult with a Gynaecologist.

Tuberculosis may be the cause... But difficult to say with certainty...please connect to a doctor and atleast get an ultrasound
