Regarding your urine colour and smell, yes you seem to be having urinary tract infection. Kindly get a urine culture sensitivity test done and visit your gynaecologist for appropriate antibiotics advice. And regarding your irregular bleeding, it definitely needs evaluation and examination by a gynaecologist your diagnosing your problem. Please visit a near by gynaecologist as soon as possible. I would also like to know if you had any ultrasound done and whether you had been your any birth control measures and what type of birth control measure.
Next Steps
Visit the gynaecologist for pelvic examination and evaluation. Urine culture test. Drink plenty of fluids and water, almost 3-4litres per day.
Health Tips
Avoid taking over the counter antibiotics as it may cause antibiotics resistance.
