Periods possible with RPOcC
My partner had a medical abortion 4 months back she bleeded for 8 days than stopped had 3 periods after that first one after 32 days second after 28 days third after 33 days..I didn't perform ultrasound to confirm complete abortion. Is periods possible with rpoc or incomplete abortion. She didn't had any bleeding or pain in between periods Or no foul smelling discharge..Is her abortion complete? Can I be sure or I need to do ultrasound? This is her 4th month and 32 days have gone by yet she didn't had her periods should I be worried because before abortion she used to have fixed cycles for 29-30 days

If you were looking for a confirmatory test to rule out incomplete abortion you would require an ultrasound but since she did not have any intermenstrual  bleeding It is unlikely that there are any retained product Because retained products would lead to irregular bleeding
