My period was initially delayed. When it started the flow was light, mostly blood clots and spotting. But the blood was mostly fresh, red in colour. The flow increased 7 days ago.
I had gotten a USG and my prolactin levels, testosterone and thyroid test. It was all normal. I was on anti depressants and anti anxiety pills until July 2022 and they caused a weight gain of around 10+ kgs. The doctor recommended had weight management which I'm working on. Today is the 35th day of my period and I don't know what to do about it or if I should take medicines to stop the flow.

The menstrual abnormal flow or delay which you are facing could be as a side effects of the antidepressants medicine you are taking....
Can take non hormonal medications to stop bleeding....if all tests are normal
