We are trying to concieve. My wife have regular period cycle of 28 days. Today is 29th day and she have not got her period yet. Could she be pregnant? If yes, plz advise how to confirm.

Wait out for one week to 10 days..
If no menses.. then go for Urine pregnancy test or Beta HCG levels
