Period delayed
My wife's period is delayed for 10 days. We have a daughter of 6 years (Normal delivery). My wife had Thyroid problem. But it was normal from 1 year. We tried Pregnancy test (prega news. I- Can) also. But is is negative. I don't why she is not getting periods. It was a 35 days cycle regular period till now. Please suggest me what should I do

Either wait for the periods to come and repeat test if it hasn't or take tablets for getting them after repeat test If first time delay it's ok, if recurring then need to get evaluated
