  4. Can't concieve. Is it normal?

Recently I have unblocked my fallopian tubes bfr 3 months and my all reports are normal since 3 months couldn't concieve naturally,now am in fertile days, today day 11 right ovary size 18 and left ovary size 10 ..is it normal? How can I concieve faster please help

Keep relations with husband evry alternate day now. ,18-20 mm follicle can rupture in a day or two.
