Hi doctor
My period cycle is very much regular and my LMP was on November 7th and after that I didn't get my period then I got tested and it's negative but on Jan 10th there's some blood like discharge but no bleeding it continued till 21 st jan without bleeding but reddish discharge on 22nd Jan I got my period like regular flow and it still continues I'm worrying as it's not normal to me plssss suggest some advice 🙏

It could be a very early missed abortion.
The other possibility is Metropathia where there is uninterrupted hyper-action by Oestrogens and it is followed by heavy bleeding due to overgrown endometrium.

It's a irregular bleeding pattern which needs evaluation.Hence needs to test for your hormones and a ultrasound to rule to presence of any polyp.
