Periods cycle changes
I got my periods on 7 jan then 2 feb(26days) then 5 March(31 days) and then (24 days) 29 March 2025, is it normal to variate like this.
Previously my cycle was 26-28 days. Is it irregular or just normal

On an average your periods should occur at an interval of 28-35 days
Last for 2-8 days
If there is no heavy bleeding it’s just 5-7 days variation
Then you need not be worried about it
