Periods cycle changes twice in one year

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I got my periods around 10 days prior to my due date and this happened twice in last 6 months. I am also experiencing breakouts around my jawline. Facial hair is another thing. Hairfall is not stopping. I am 29 years old married woman and yes, I haven't missed my periods ever. We are also looking forward to plan a baby and we do intercourse without precautions but we are not regular and do it on long intervals, around 10 - 15 days Or even more. Please advise why am I experiencing changes in menstrual cycle. Are all these indicating some serious problem?
