Periods came too early
I got my periods from 28 June to 3 July. And again yesterday ie 13 July I got them again. Earlier it was just a little bit of spotting, then cramps kicked in and now it's both cramps and periods. I have been diagnosed with Thyroid but it's borderline. TSH -5.565. My vitamin D is 5 and vitamin b 12 is 172. What could be possible reason for my irregular timing of periods? What medicine can I take for vitamin D and B12?

Is there any history of intake of emergency contraceptive pill? If no then you have to get an ultrasound done to rule out the cause of this irregularity
