I 18 year old female have had slightly irregular periods like 2 months they will be 25 days then a huge gap of 45 days this uncertainty is troubling me mentally too what could be the issue i have no pcod symptoms can someone help

If the ultrasound rules out a PC OS It could be being overweight Lack of exercise or deranged thyroid and prolactin levels you can test to  find out
