Why the periods are irregular?

I am a 23 year old female and I have menstrual problems. I have the irregular periods problem and when I get my periods after a long time, I get severe, ruthless cramps that kill me. What must I do to get my periods regularly? I also have haemoglobin issues. Can someone help me?

If you have severe dysmenorrhea and also irregular periods that can be lot of causes for that... it is advisable to get yourself examined by a gynecologist near you and also get an ultrasound pelvis done as the baseline investigation
