Periods after delivery
Hello doc.. i got my first period after delivery ( 5-2-2022) last night but my period flow is very less and without cramps.  i heard that after delivery first period flow are very heavy and painful...so it's it normal to not having heavy and painful menses after delivery?

You should not be worried about your next period. You should be worried that you should not become pregnant when you are not having your periods. If that happens you will not come to know immediately and by the time you come to know, the pregnancy will be so big that no MTP can be done. That should be your worry.

Once period started ur having every chance of pregnancy Follow one or other  method of contraception Don't bother heavy or less All the women are not same
