Periods after 40 days of normal delivery
I had normal delivery 40 days ago. For a week , on alternate days i get very minor bleeding. It starts in the morning and ends by the evening. Is that period?

It takes about 40-60 days after normal delivery to get your periods. The diagnosis of this being a period is retrospective.

Bleeding upto 45 days post delivery is common. It's not period.

U need an ultrasound to rule out retained placental bits Following delivery u can bleed upto 45 days After that u may get ur normal period But total more than 7 days thy should not last
