Period related query.
I had my last period on 24th june and this month not yet happened. I am married. Also had protected sex before 2weeks. In general date fluctuates and irregular. How to get periods on time. Now i have bit muscle pain, abdominal heaviness like pre period symptoms. What to do.?

Wait for7 days more for spontaneous menstruation if doent come get urine pregnancy test and if it is negative then connect online for prescription. To regularise your periods I need to know more about Menstrual and medical history.For same please connect online

You are overdue by 4 days. You may do a Urine pregnancy test. You can also do a Urine pregnancy test on 5 August , that is three weeks after the last date of intercourse.

U first need a pregnancy test.if negative wait fr a few more days as a delay of upto 7 days is considered normal
