Period problem
I'm having irregularity in my period for the last two months. After every 10 or 15 days brownish discharge appears and then everything seems normal and again white discharge is coming.. What should I do.. It has been started the day I decided to do exercise.. What should I do..??? Pleaso help me..!!

Better to consult a gynecologist in person.are you sexually active? Then you should have a local check for cervical erosion or polyp and get a pelvic ultrasound.hormonal evaluation is needed

Exercise is good.. sometimes due to change in routine disturbance in menstrual cycle may happen. Get one ultrasound done and contact for further assistance.
