Period or misscariage
Am having pcod and trying to get pregnant for past 3 years had one misscariage 1year back. This month I got periods on day 56 and the flow is very heavy with blood clots and some time tissue. I had symptoms like pregnancy my breast size became big and also I gained weight on day 45 I have done home test and it shows negative after 1week I started to get fever and diarrhea and then got periods. Is it normal periods or misscariage how to identify.

First of all best of luck.if you are trying to conceive since a year please see a fertility expert .evalution is needed definitely.dont mark the periods to be coming at 56 th day.its definitely not normal .

As you are having pcod, irregular periods is very common, getting periods after 56 days usually might have heavy bleeding..as you have mentioned you seen some tissue during periods that might most probably be a miscarriage.Once you get aborted and tested after a week,it shows negative... firstly get an ultrasound ,to confirm there is no retained products...

consult a gynaecologist regarding your future pregnancy.Try conceiving as early as possible as your age is 30.

start doing aerobic exercise,yoga,stop eating fatty food,have more of veggies..if your BMI is more then 25,then you need to decrease it.

Do a thyroid test with empty stomach tomorrow morning Take Tablet Trapic 500 mg Three times a day for 3 days Syp Dexorange two spoons three times a day for 15 days

Hi. If the bleeding stops onits own then nothing to be done . Sometimes when the periods are delayed thick endometrium is shed . If the bleeding persists then do a scan to see uterus and adnexa .
