Period missing
I had intercourse on 8Feb and last month I had my periods on 15jan and till now I have not got my periods and I have period irregular issues. I had done pregnancy test on 16feb and it was -ve. Would it be okay if I take hing as a contraceptive as I don't want to take pills or any natural method of contraception you can tell.

Hing or natural methods do not work for contraception . First of, get a beta hcg done. Next can connect with a gynec for contraceptive methods available.
