Period late not pregnant
I go to gym regularly and do a lot of yoga and workout.I am slightly underweight (i have become now),from a calorie deficient diet. Now i am working on myself .I am getting late period from 3 months. It is 5-6 days late.Is it because of nutrition deficiency and being underweight or due to hard exercise. What should i do for this problem.I lost 20 kgs from cardio exercises, and dieting, can this also be the cause of the irregularities
