Period issues
It's now 9 months to my delivery but my period date is not constant. It comes sometimes before 4 days, 8 days or even 10 days. Why is it so ?

It is because you have delivered only 9 months ago and perhaps you are breastfeeding your baby. You will have irregular periods but during this time you may become pregnant if you don't take precautions. Please use some effective contraceptives.

It could be due to your recent delivery and also could be due to breast feeding (If you are continuing to do so). The periods can be irregular 4-10 days delay as in your case is quite normal. But you can still get pregnant. So, take effective contraception to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
