Period flow
My period flow reduced on day 4 and then increased again on day 5. Usually i only get spotting on day 5, but this time it is heavy with period cramps and bloating too. Is this normal? Could this be because i am taking isotretinoin 10mg everyday? My weight is always around 54-55kg. I have a regular cycle.

Total days of bleeding including spotting can go up to 7 If you think the bleeding is too high get an ultrasound done to find out the reason

Normal flow will be 3 to 7 days Amount of flow per period is also important How many pads you change per day?? Any passage of clots?? Associated pain?? Anemia (reduced hemoglobin) also might cause increased flow during periods Please check your Hb levels
