Period duration decrease
I had PCOS and irregular periods 1-2 month skip ...but after weight loss( present BMI- 26)i have a period every month regularly but sustain for 5 days .. ..before weight loss it sustains 6-7 days........suddenly the period days becomes less is it problematic? And also the period is light not that heavy just heavy bleeding on the 2nd day of my period.

Period cycle lenght flow all depends on various factors, due to change it life style, sleep, work stress can affect the period cycle…right now bleeding for 5 days is better than bleeding for 6-7 days…as long as flow is normal (not very heavy) nothing to worry…

Your periods are totally normal at present. Good that you are working on your BMI , just continue lifestyle changes that is the first and best thing to do.
