Period delayed by 1 day
I have a 28 days cycle and my period is delayed by 1 day. I did pregnancy test today morning but the result was negative. I am having light period cramps in my lower body since 2 days and today it has increased more. I have little headache as well. And the frequency of urination has been increased since today I'm not able to understand what's the exact issue. Is it normal or do I need to consult doctor.

A delay of upto 7 days is considered normal Since the pregnancy test is negative u can wait fr 6 more days Frequent urination could be a sign of urine infection Get a test called urine routine More than 5 pus cells warrants antibiotics
