My period is delay by 4 days .always had a regular period . pregnency test is negative.does period delay by stress .gone through lot of stress this month .how long shall I wait period to come naturally.how to induce the period naturally

Hi When season change then the period will delay for 10 days or natural. And if your UPT is negative then eat papaya.and period will come natural. And every person has own body temperature then the period may delay.
