I will be traveling and want to delay my period. Is it healthy to take norethisterone? Will it work. Is there a natural alternative?

It will work.. But its better to avoid hormonal pills as they may alter your natural cycle.. Its upto you..if the need is urgent you can take.. For more info on women related issues, visit www.gynaetalks.com

You may take them but start 1 week before ur expected date. They are hormonal tablets. So they may disturb your menstrual cycle for 2-3 months to come. They are not contraceptive pills. So if there is going to be any sexual contact, use precautions. If there are chances that you might be pregnant now, do not take these medicines.
