Period after medical abortion
She had a medical abortion 30 days back and when we did a urine pregnancy test after 3 weeks, it was showing negative. On 28th day she had sexual intercourse, but later she found out that there was a tiny hole in the side of the condom, above 3-4 cms from the tip. Is there any chance of her getting pregnant again? This is 31st day and she hasn't got her next period yet. Is it normal for next period to get delayed after medical abortion?

Yes sometimes it is normal to get delayed but if it doesn’t come within a week you should get a serum beta HCG done and consult a gynecologist and consult in person
Health Tips
Condoms are not a 100 percent secure thing so if you do not want pregnancy it’s better to take a oral contraceptive pill rather than to land up in abortion as the latter may have many complications ( if you get caught)
