Perimenopausal bleeding is a serious matter. I don't know whether your Gynaecologist did an internal examination before prescribing Sevista.
Please get your sonography of the whole abdomen, basic blood investigations and consult with a Gynaecologist for further management. The examination should include a speculum examination and a Pap smear.
