All are to some extend different issues.losing weight is ok if you are trying for it and if not then you should see a doctor.itching around vaginal can be due to an local infection and for that you need to get yourself checked by a gynaecologist.then the last issue is missed period.it needs certain history to know the reason.are you sexually active? If yes then pregnancy should be ruled out as the first probability

You have vaginal fungal infection that needs further treatment.
Take single tablet of flucon 150mg.
For menses get one ultrasound done and review.
