Pregnancy related issue.
Hi Doctor, I’d like your advice regarding my girlfriend’s delayed period after taking Unwanted-72. Details: Her last period was from 2–6 Sept (regular 27–28-day cycle). We had unprotected sex on 9 Sept, but she took Unwanted-72 within 15 minutes (no ejaculation inside, but re-insertion after ejaculating outside, no vomiting after pill). Around 16–17 Sept, she had dark brown/red spotting with small clumps for 3-4 days, then it stopped. Since then, she’s had mild cramps and white discharge but no period yet (expected on 28 Sept, today is 5 Oct, so 7 days late). Pregnancy tests: Negative on 25 Sept and again on 2 Oct (first-morning urine, 3 kits used). Had protected sex (condom used, checked for leaks) on 25–26 Sept — all safe. Current symptoms: occasional stomach ache, white/watery discharge (sometimes slight odor), no breast pain, no nausea. Questions: 1. Is this delay normal after Unwanted-72? 2. Do we need a blood β-hCG test or USG now, or should we wait a few more days?
