Periodontitis can reoccur if proper hygiene is not maintained. You need to be very cautious about it. Try to maintain good oral hygiene as much as you can by brushing twice a day, use mouth wash, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, regular dental flossing. Most importantly visit dental clinic regularly. And If tooth structure is very less  then you need to get capping after Root canal treatment.

For periodontal problems, an x-ray examination is required and you need cosmetic dental treatment to make your smile perfect.
