It will not be Cure only by Green you had to take a good course of antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medication completely do not ignore the anal abscess. It can turn into a fistula that will be very hard to control

Will require oral antibiotics also.
In the meantime, You can do sitz bath.
Put some betadine solution in warm water and sit in it for 10 mins
