  4. Perianal abscess. Fistula advisable?

Perianal abscess
My husband is having perianal abscess that drains every 2-3 days and reoccur again.. he is also detected with chronic fissure.. some doctor said fistula could have developed . .Is surgery necessary for this? also is the laser technique to cure fistula advisable?

Yes surgery will be required. Laser not used for this generally.
