Hello doctor I have anal fissure since 4 months It has now formed perianal abscess from 1 week and severely hurting What is the remedy to this? will this become fistula soon?? pls advice me

Please consult surgeon for incision and drainage  of abscess. It will not become fistula if you have prompt  treatment
