Perianal Abscess
Dear Sir have pain and burning sensation in anal region from last 1 week. Yesterday went to surgeon and got the area checked and i was told it is because small perianal abscess. They prescribed antibiotocs and said best way is to get it cut and puss drained out. Not happy to go for surgery. Is there a medicine to cure this without surgery. Pls recommend.
