Perianal abscess and fistula
Good afternoon, I got diagnosed with perianal abscess a month ago (I had fissure for long time and he told that could be the reason perianal abscess) and my doctor recommended me to go for an ultrasound and I got it done. It is showing left glueteal region showing in communication with the anal region. Based on that my doctor told I also might have fistula. So as of now he is suggesting me to go for incision and then after for fistula surgery. Can we have both of the fistula and perianal abscess remove at the same time is it possible? I am also trying to attach the ultrasound report. Thanks in advance
