Perianal wounds by virtue of them being close to the anus (has lots of gut contaminant bacteria) has a tendency to get infected. Please visit a surgeon close by as the surgeon has to see your won't and determine if the wound requires cleaning(debridement). Also  if the the abscess has recurred it might require a drainage again and also you might need to be started on antibiotics and have to undergo daily dressing till the wound is completely healthy after which the surgeon will ask you to come on alternate days for dressing till the wound is healthy.
Next Steps
visit a surgeon
Health Tips
keep the wound healthy , avoid water spillage over wound, if you are a diabetic then monitor your blood sugars regularly
