Perforated eardrum
I've had a perforated eardrum about 20 days back..according to the doctor I visited it has healed.but still I experience severe pain in the ear and around it..especially all the nerves around it(happens mostly when it is cold)..I feel so helpless..please help.

It is unlikely that healed perforation is related to pain around the ear. It might be a due acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear canal infection, other possibility is referred ear pain secondary to temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction. Treatment depends on diagnosis
