Pep HIV and side effects. Side effects.

Recently I had an exposure with a massager. I had a body massage. The tip of the massager's penis touched in between the butt cheeks but it never touched it penetrated the butt hole. So after discussing with the doctor, I started PEP to ensure safety. After taking it for one day I got LFT test and my direct bilburin is 0.28 and indirect bilburin is 2.16. All other parameters are normal. Also, KFT and CBC are normal. The std panel test is also negative with only HSV igg 1 as positive. I am facing pain in my upper abdomen, gastric issues and mild constipation. It is about 7 days since I have been taking this medicine. I could also see mild yellowing of eyes but skin and nails are normal. I was wondering, should I continue this medicine or stop it because of liver side effects.
