Hiv post exposure prophylaxis

Sir, I had sex with commercial sex worker today 12 o clock, during the sex condom has broken. Later she wear another condom on penis, we just completed. After I got feared and asked some specialist doctor about post exposure profilaxes (PEP). his medical shop boy gave me some medicines tinofevir Disoproxil and Raltegravir zepdon tablets for 28 days. Will I get HIV and when do I go for test . Please tell me. Is PEP can save me. Please tell me.
