Pennis infection
Since 5months i am suffering from pennis infection.
Initially my pennis got swollen with heavy unbearable pain with reddish colour on Pennis. Doctor gave antibiotics,after 15 days pain reduced and size of pennis got norma that reddish colour turned to black and healed. The area which became black had a deep wide cut over corono glans. After 2months again i got same problem it recuured. Please suggest a way how to proceed.

Very rare presentation.
I feel the patient had developed inflammation of the prepuce which led to narrowing of the preputial skin. It caused paraphimosis. Patient did not seek medical attention immediately. That caused oedema and infection of glans and the presentation that it was 15 days earlier. Antibiotics and supportive treatment reduced oedema.
Now it is going back to same state.
I think after adequate antibiotics cover circumcision should be done. That may be permanent relief.
